Funny how things stack up isn’t it?

It was only a couple of weeks ago (at our last Seminar in fact) that I was talking on the subject of Employee Engagement, and the Engaging for Success Grouping, and mentioning that there had not been much progress on their website/ blog of late.

Well, as you will see from the attached link, that now seems to have been put right, and has been coupled with a new report: Employee Engagement - the evidence which I will read with interest. I will of course add my thoughts both here on the blog, and at our events.
