Luck, rather than judgement, ties this post rather nicely to my earlier missive today.
Our sister company, LaterLife Learning, has just launched a survey aimed at employees (or recent retirees) who are currently near, or just past, retirement age. This survey is trying to establish how much support is currently provided by employers on the road to retirement.
The survey itself is very short and concise, and should take a maximum of 5 minutes to complete (and probably much less). As an incentive to participate all completed surveys will be entered into a draw – with the chance to win one of two luxury Fortnum and Mason Hampers (similar to those seen at our recent London events).
All information will be treated as confidential, and employer names will not be published without permission in the survey outputs.
So if you have any employees (or family members/ friends) who fall into one of the following categories, please encourage them to complete the survey:
Stream 1: Employee/Retirees: Retired Since October 2011
Stream 2: Those that have continued in work past age 65 (since October 2011)
Stream 3: Those that are approaching retirement in the next 24 months
To enter the survey, please visit: Retirement Guidance Survey
Please pass this link on to relevant individuals.
The survey runs until the end of July, and results will be published in October 2014. As ever, we will share the findings with employers on the blog and at our events.
Thanks and best regards
Steve
