As regular attendees at our larger London events will know, we often ask the audience for their views on topical Employee Benefit (EB) issues. In this way we hope to shine a much needed light on current employer thinking regarding changes in the EB space.
We have just released the latest tranche of these findings - this time around the proposed Budget changes to pensions, and whether this will spark a need for greater Financial Education in the Workplace.

These findings are quite significant, and there is clearly growing employer support for the idea of providing Financial Education in the workplace. More on this topic to follow no doubt, and something I will also be speaking about at various events over the next week or so.
