At first glance, the budget does not appear to have created too many waves in the Healthcare sector. Mr Osborne did however mention the passing of the Welfare Reform Act.

It is good news for the consumer of healthcare principally as evidence form other overseas healthcare systems offer greater patient choice, whilst driving up standards of care in the process. Change is welcome and overdue.”
