Anyone following this blog will be aware that there has been a significant amount of guidance and clarification regarding Auto-enrolment during the course of 2011.
Whilst there may still be a few final tweaks as the Bill becomes law, there is now a large amount of certainty as to the final direction of travel, and also the minimum legal requirements for employers in complying with this legislation.
I have been asked to present my latest detailed update of this legislation and the impact on employers at Liverpool Chamber of Commerce on the 16th September.
