Readers of my last post on the abolition of the DRA https://www.jelfgroup.com/blog/2011/02/dra-and-pensions/ and previous posts will recall that I have previously mentioned that there will be various anomalies (or wrinkles as I prefer to think of such issues) in the legislation as things progress.

Not time to panic just yet I feel, as this may be overtaken by events, but if nothing else certainly highlights that there may be some hidden barbs to the legislation despite the proposed exemption for Group Risk policies. Will keep you posted.
