We are proud to have been awarded the highest ‘3 Star’ accolade by Investor in Customers (IIC) for three consecutive years and as a result, we are the top-rated broker in the UK for our ‘exceptional’ client service. 

 

What Investor in Customers means for us

 

Achieving this award means staying on our toes – continuously reviewing and improving the way we look after our clients.

 

Every year, we undertake a survey to obtain feedback from both clients and employees. The exercise assesses performance in four key areas: understanding client needs, meeting client needs, delighting clients and engendering loyalty. Respondents complete 12 questions in each of these fields to provide an extensive and unique analysis of the client journey.

 

The survey is part of an ongoing review of our business practices. It demonstrates our commitment to listening to our clients and to delivering exceptional service – something that sets Jelf apart.
