What the awards mean to our clients:
These competitive, independently judged awards are welcome reassurance for our clients that they are dealing with the best.
There are several healthcare brokers, but only one firm is currently Healthcare Insurance Magazine Intermediary of the Year and Corporate Adviser Healthcare Adviser of the Year - and that is Jelf! In addition, our excellent Group Risk team has also been recognised with some key awards. Our Group Risk Team won 2011 Health Insurance Magazine Industry Awards for Best Group Risk Intermediary, but the Best Newcomer award also went to a member of that team. This shows our clients that we do not rest on our laurels, and are continually developing the next generation of staff to ensure we deliver a good service and advice to our clients into the future. And to cap this, the team have also been awarded Group Risk Adviser of the Year at the Corporate Adviser Awards 2012.
Finally, we have specialist expertise in areas such as international healthcare, and we are naturally delighted to have this recognised through the 2011 Health Insurance Magazine Industry Awards for Best International Intermediary. If our clients have staff operating outside of the UK and have someone who needs medical attention, the client needs to know that their international private medical arrangements will provide them with the immediate benefits they expect.
