Jelf’s Annual Health & Wellbeing event is here again, and once more we will be providing practical help to employers seeking to manage their employee healthcare commitments.

To help our delegates achieve these important objectives we are delighted to welcome broadcaster, best-selling author, and psychologist Dr David Lewis. An acknowledged authority on many health issues and their triggers, Dr Lewis has written books as diverse as One-Minute Stress Management, Fight Your Phobia and Win, Helping Your Anxious Child, Impulse: Why We Do What We Do Without Knowing Why We do It and Fat Planet. He is known to millions through his regular broadcast work, including his expert commentary on the Channel 4 program Secret Eaters.

Our agenda also includes Jelf’s own Iain Laws, who will be taking a pragmatic and useful look at how employers can increase the value of their health related employee benefits offerings whilst also reducing cost. This session is certain to provide some useful pointers for all attendees.

We also have another unique venue for our delegates to enjoy. This time we have exclusive use of the opulent Barber-Surgeons Hall in central London. The company can trace its routes back to the 14th century, and a hall has stood on the same site since 1440. Delegates can view the Terrace and herb garden which is built within the confines of the (still visible) roman city wall. Inside the building there are many important historic artefacts on display, all of which have survived hazards as varied as the Great Fire of London and the Blitz. The museum is centrally located and easy to access via all forms of transport.
