Jelf Group Plc and The Insurance Partnership Services Ltd join forces
Leading independent consultancy Jelf, which provides a broad range of insurance, financial planning and employee benefit services to businesses and related individuals, has today announced the acquisition of The Insurance Partnership Services Ltd.
This move will see The Insurance Partnership Services Ltd, one of the most respected regional independent Insurance Brokers, based in Yorkshire, join forces with Jelf Insurance Brokers Ltd, part of Jelf Group Plc, in what will be a powerful partnership.
This deal will further develop Jelf’s presence in the North – expanding the Group’s footprint in Hull, Leeds and York and will reinforce its presence in the West Midlands with a Wolverhampton location.
The enlarged business delivers market-leading propositions and offers a number of exclusive solutions for its clients, while continuing to deliver a very personal service – a value both Jelf and The Insurance Partnership businesses have at their heart.
In addition, this deal, which brings together two Chartered insurance broking firms, creates a major force within the affinities marketplace; according to the Finaccord Survey 2013 which establishes Jelf as the second largest schemes and affinities broker.
