Jelf Insurance Brokers’ executive team prepare to pedal for charity
Eight members of the Jelf Insurance Brokers’ executive team are swapping their pens for pedals as they prepare to embark on a charity bike ride from London to Paris.
Their mission is to raise £20,000 for Parkinson’s UK – the charity working to find a cure and improve life for everyone affected by Parkinson’s.
Led by Jelf Insurance Brokers Chief Executive Phil Barton, the team will be undertaking the bike ride, which will see them cycle over 280 miles, in September.
Commenting on the up and coming event, Phil Barton, Jelf Insurance Brokers’ Chief Executive, said: “As a community broker, it’s very important to my team and I that we are part of, and contribute fully to, the local communities in which we all live and work. As a result, being able to do our small bit to help a charity like Parkinson’s UK, which supports so many people across the country, is a great opportunity for us.”
