Jelf acquisitions attain top award for their star studded customer service
Two businesses acquired by Jelf this year, are celebrating after receiving the highest rating possible in an independent assessment of their customer service levels.
The teams at Jelf Insurance Partnership, which was acquired by Jelf at the start of July, and has offices in Hull, Leeds, York and Wolverhampton, and Jelf Clarke Roxburgh (incorporating Howell Shone Insurance Brokers) based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, which joined the Jelf Group in February, have achieved the coveted ‘3 Star’ Investors in Customers (IIC) award.
Recognising exceptional performance in customer service, the award is reserved for organisations that consistently exceed customer expectations. Both businesses have been given the rating following the results of the independent survey by IIC, which went to their clients asking their opinion on their local branch. The Jelf Group as a whole achieved the ‘3 star’ rating in February this year, and these latest results cement its position as the top rated broker in the UK.
Clients praised the two teams for their high levels of customer service; the friendly and knowledgeable staff, their willingness to go the extra mile and the personalised service received.
