Jelf Financial Planning appoints Project Director ahead of RDR


Jelf Financial Planning, one of the UK’s leading wealth management companies, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Hancock as Project Director, to lead the business’ marketing and development activities.


Ian, who will be based out of the Jelf’s Bath office, will be responsible for developing a seminar proposition for clients to explain the benefits of the business’ new investment solutions.  Ian will also implement a marketing and communication plan to support both retention of existing clients and new client acquisitions. 


With a wealth of industry experience, Ian joins the team from Ashcourt Rowan where he was Group Head of Business Development for the financial planning and asset management businesses. Prior to that, Ian spent 10 years at St. James’s Place Wealth Management, where he held a variety of senior roles in business development, service delivery, marketing and client management.
