Having started in October 2011, Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) has thrown up a new challenge to the recruitment sector.
As yet there are no legal precedents and whilst the exact nature of the claims is not yet known, our knowledge of the industry has allowed us to act quickly to offer relevant and appropriate cover.
