Christopher Jelf formed the Jelf Group in 1989 with a vision for providing quality support and unsurpassed client service to businesses and individuals.

Initially providing advice on insurance and financial services, the Group entered the healthcare market in 1997. Using this combined expertise we have subsequently developed a strong employee benefits offereing. In 2005, the Group added a commercial finance arm.

Our approach centres on working in partnership with our clients, understanding their needs and delivering integrated solutions. Our impressive growth, achieved through re-investment and acquisitions, coupled with our strong client relationships, means that the Group is now one of the leading corporate consultancies in the South of England and Wales.

The Group now boasts a client base in excess of 12,000 corporate clients and 12,000 individual clients. We employ over 380 people across 15 offices, each person dedicated to their field of expertise, but delivering as a unit that puts the customer first, last and everywhere in between.

But the Jelf Group will not rest on it's laurels. Our successful flotation on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) in October 2004 gave us the platform to continue our investment in people and systems, in turn ensuring that we continue to develop for our clients' benefit.
