October 2004 was a momentous month for the Group as we reregistered as a plc and floated on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM). This development reflects the Groups recent success and gives us a springboard to develop new and existing markets.

Over the coming months, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) will take over regulation of more of the products that the Jelf Group advises on. As well as regulating financial services, the FSA will also oversee the general insurance and mortgage markets. As a group, we welcome the extra protection that this regulation will offer to companies and individuals. Letters from FSA confirming their authorisation of the Insurance divisions.
