Making a splash…

Last week I commented on the recent publication of the joint EEF/ Jelf Employee Benefits Sickness Absence Survey 2015.

The survey has already made something of a splash in the media, with the different survey insights being reported in a variety of ways by each publication. I did promise to give our followers an insight into such coverage, so below are a number of links that provide a snapshot of some of the principal coverage areas, including the lack of training for managers on mental health, the apparent failure of Fit-Notes, and an increase in long term absence rates.

Should you have any queries or questions regarding the survey, please contact your usual Jelf consultant in the first instance.

Best regards
