We are delighted to announce the publication of the 2015/16 Jelf Employee Benefits Survey this morning.

This, our second annual survey, lifts the lid on employer views on the many and varied disciplines connected with the provision of UK and overseas employee benefits.

Our findings include employer reactions to the policy initiatives and changes announced by The Chancellor in the 2015 summer budget statement - and most notably the proposal to radically alter the structure of tax relief within pension schemes.

Other key topics covered include the new Fit for Work service, employer sponsored childcare, auto-enrolment and the growing need for financial education in the workplace.

All in all we think this is an important document which will be of use to employers, journalists, the benefits industry, and legislators in assessing the employer perspective in the provision of employee benefits.

The full survey can be found here.

Best regards

Steve
