Pension pot follows member: But should it?

My recent article for the (rather good) Mindful Money website has just gone live, and I believe this to be one of my better efforts.

The subject matter is the much discussed “automatic” transfer of pension benefits as employees subject to Auto-Enrolment move from one job to another. This topic is of importance to employers, as it could well lead to yet another duty for organisations to shoulder in the new pensions world.
