Employees from Jelf in Malvern will soon be hitting the tarmac to complete a 10k run. On Sunday 20th September they’ll be lacing up to complete the Worcestershire 10k raising vital funds for Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.

The run starts at Worcester Racecourse, providing stunning views of the River Severn and Worcester Cathedral, before circling back to the Racecourse. Our brave runners include; Ben Wickett, Glen Curran, Ryan Lane and Tobie Vermeire.

Glen Curran, Sales Consultant for Jelf Insurance Brokers says, “Living and working near the foot of the Malvern Hills you become very aware of how important the Midlands Air Ambulance is. Large parts of the Hills are inaccessible by road so in a lot of cases the air ambulance may be the only option. A few of us also all enjoy sports that often require the air ambulance so it’s a natural fit.

With no government or National Lottery Funding, the Midlands Air Ambulance relies solely on donations from the public and local businesses, so any money we raise will go towards funding a life saving mission.”
