The recruitment team at Jelf dates back to the 1980's as part of Manson Insurance Brokers. After being acquired by Jelf in 2008, the Jelf Manson recruitment team now shares its knowledge and support with a regional network of Jelf specialists and benefits from the enhanced buying power of the Group.
 
Central to our offering and our success is a deep understanding of the sector and, most importantly, the needs of our customers. We use our expertise to negotiate the best deals and terms on behalf of our clients, taking care of all the paperwork and offering advice and insight at every stage.


We regularly attend industry events, listening to the concerns and issues of recruitment professionals. As a strategic partner of the REC we are ideally placed to respond to the evolving needs of recruitment professionals, helping the industry meet the challenges of the modern workplace.


In October 2011, Jelf's insurance business was awarded Chartered Status by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). It’s an achievement that recognises the group’s commitment to the professional development of its people and to delivering outstanding levels of service to its clients.
