For the last 5 years our business has been evaluated by Investor in Customers (IIC). An independent organisation focussed on helping companies improve the experience they provide to their clients.
Every year IIC questions our clients to gauge the quality of the relationship they have with us. From this assessment, a rating is awarded from 1 to 3 stars.
For the first 4 years, we were awarded a 2 star rating - classed as Outstanding. This was something we were immensely proud of, but we felt it wasn’t good enough. By learning from our clients, we continued to make changes to our business, making ourselves more accessible and improving the way we worked with our clients.
We are thrilled to be awarded a 3 star rating - classed as Exceptional for the last 2 years. We see this is a validation in our belief of the importance of the customer relationship. It’s a very public acknowledgment that without loyal clients, who recognise the value we can bring to their business, we are nothing.
