Many people - myself included - are a little wary of complex mathematical equations to solve everyday problems.

So I really like this quote from Dr Wolfgang Seidl at our recent Health & Wellbeing Event:

“Employee Health + Engagement = Productivity”

This simple but important formula captures some of the key elements of that event, and importantly points our delegates (and followers of this blog) towards an action route that could certainly help their organisation improve productivity. This in turn will help the wider UK economy tackle the nation’s Productivity Puzzle.

So we would strongly encourage Human Resources professionals to memorise and act upon this simple equation when formulating health, wellbeing, and employee benefits strategies.
