Katie Cook – Business Development Manager
Katie joined Jelf in 2008 and specialises in sourcing private medical insurance for individual clients. Katie has studied various insurance exams and has achieved Cert CII status.

 

 

James King – Senior Individual Healthcare Adviser
James joined Jelf in 2013 having spent a number of years in the insurance and financial industries. James has a background in the health industry as he originally qualified from college as a personal trainer meaning he specialises in understanding the client’s personal requirements and then sourcing the best solution for them.

 

 

Edward Willmore – Individual Healthcare Adviser
Edward specialises in offering expert advice to individual clients around their private healthcare requirements. He joined Jelf in September 2013 and has worked in Financial Services for 6 years since graduating from Bournemouth University.

 

 

Carly Hamlin - Individual Healthcare Adviser

Carly joined Jelf in 2014 after working in Finance and Pensions for a number of years.  Carly now works with our individual clients and provides advice on Private Medical Insurance to find the best option for them.

 

Kim Hayward - Individual Healthcare Adviser

Kim joined Jelf in 2014 as a Client Services Coordinator after a long career in Customer Services. She progressed to become an Individual Healthcare Adviser working with our individual clients. Kim has a keen personal interested in health and wellbeing and is a qualified Health and Fitness Instructor specialising in cardiac conditions.

 

Joy Hill– Client Services Co-ordinator
Joy has worked in different roles within the Jelf Individual team since October 2001. She is currently responsible for providing Administration Support for the team of Individual Healthcare Advisers.

 

 Rebecca Light – Client Services Administrator
Becky joined Jelf in November 2014, after working in an estate agents as a Letting's Negotiator/Administrator. She has completed an NVQ level 2 in Business and Administration. Currently responsible for providing administration support for the team of Individual Healthcare Advisers.
