Evelyn Gimbatti Team Leader, Flats Department

Evelyn started work with Redcliffe Associates in 1980 as an office junior.
Ever since they were taken over by John Lampier & Son Ltd, who subsequently became part of Jelf, Evelyn has been the cornerstone of our team. She took over as Manager in 2000, handling personal insurance business along with insurance for blocks of flats.



 


Lin Henderson Flats Account Handler

Lin started her insurance career with the National Farmers Union. Having started in general administration she progressed into claims handling, spending 10 years gaining valuable insight into how insurers manage claims.

Lin then put her claims expertise to use on the other side of the fence as a Claims Handler with broker Hill House Hammond, working her way up to become a Claims Team Manager. In 2005, after a 14 year career with Hill House Hammond, Lin joined the Flats team at Lampier as an Account Handler.



John Fair Flats Account Handler

John joined Jelf Lampier in 2011 as an Account Handler in the Flats team.

He started his career in insurance as a trainee with Aon Ltd while still studying at the University of the West of England, Bristol. He graduated in 2009, the same year as getting his certificate in insurance through the Chartered Institute of Insurance. John also went on to get his NVQ level 3 in Retail Financial Services.

John then had a year in marketing before returning to work in Insurance with Jelf Lampier, working alongside Evelyn and Lin in dealing with our specialist flats policies.
