Most of you will have seen the learned Mr Randles and myself ‘treading the boards’ (oh, the smell of the greasepaint etc…) around the UK on seminar duty.
But it’s not often that we appear in the same article together. However the latest issue of Pay and Benefits Magazine has put that to rights with an article on the current position of the abolition of the Default Retirement Age (DRA)/ Seldon etc, and the thorny (and quite difficult) question of when employee benefits should now cease.
