In the last hour the DWP have issued two documents which (hopefully) will remove much of the remaining uncertainty around the employer’s auto-enrolment duties, and how to ‘certify’ a pension scheme to enable the scheme to be used for auto-enrolment purposes.
Would be foolish of me to make any other comments until I have read through these items (which together are over 100 pages), but will update the blog as soon as I have some concrete information to impart. Likewise, will aim to include in my speech at next week’s London seminar if possible.
