Through a combination of self-led study workbooks and interactive classroom training, Money at Work can help employees at all levels of the business understand their finances.
Our workshops are lively and interactive sessions packed full of useful information led by experienced trainers. We adjust the flow and content of the workshop to the audience's needs on the day and help individuals to create a future plan to help them achieve more with their money.
We will initially meet with you to assess your circumstances and objectives and how you currently engage with your employees, including methods such as surveys, and getting to know you before we deliver a formal proposal and further meetings to finalise your education package.
You can then select from our "off the shelf" courses or we can create a bespoke package specific to your employees and their needs. We will then deliver the courses in informal and interactive workshop sessions. In these session we gather feedback from the delegates and we can use this to adapt and improve the education we provide for you in the future. We will work with you to provide on-going education that changes to meet your current needs, the needs of your employees and your business.
