| As our successful Account Handler you will build rapport with clients via telephone and email, as well as preparing reports, updating internal systems and providing general administrative assistance. You will provide professional and complete documentation in a compliant manner within agreed timescales. The ideal candidate will show the following skills throughout the recruitment process:
As our Account Handler you will work as part of a team, and you will be responsible for providing support and advice to our commercial clients with regards to their insurance. You will be involved in new business, renewals and midterm alterations, along with identifying upselling and cross selling opportunities. You will liaise with insurers and internal departments to ensure the client receives the best service possible. We are looking for someone who has good technical knowledge, with an eye for detail and the ability to work towards providing our clients with advice on their insurance requirements. You will be working with a range of premiums and will be required to work with minimal supervision. This role requires somebody with account handling insurance experience, who is methodical and able to prioritise your workload. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and maintain a professional attitude at all times. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
