As our HR Operations Partner you will be passionate about leading our HR department to provide a service across the business and promote the Jelf brand. This is an exciting new role for someone that is keen to make a difference within a well-established national business.

You will demonstrate the following skills and experience during the assessment process:

CIPD qualified essential
Experience in a similar role or advisory role
Previous people management experience
Competent knowledge Microsoft Office and HR Systems

It is desirable that you have experience of at least one of the following:

Experience in reviewing and implementing internal SLAs
Managing own case work effectively
Involvement in the production of MI reports

You will report to the Group Head of HR and will have line management responsibility for 3 roles; our HR Advisor and HR Administrators. The team will deliver a central service to circa 1,100 employees spread across the UK and will be key in embedding HR Governance and updating HR policies & procedures.

Your role will include leading and managing the HR Operations team, overseeing the day to day running of the HR function. This will cover the full employee lifecycle including leavers, transfers, HR queries and many other functions. A more streamline and efficient workflow can be implemented to the team to ensure that the business runs to the best of its ability.
