Due to continued success in our Employee Benefits division we are seeking experienced and successful Telesales Advisor to convert qualified campaign data and existing prospect intelligence into clients, and manage the relationship with existing clients.

As our Telesales Advisor you will have a passion for helping prospects identify the right solution for their business through a combination of your expert knowledge and naturally inquisitive style. Winning new business will be in your DNA and you will nurture and develop opportunities for other divisions as well.

Whilst previous telesales and healthcare insurance experience are highly desirable we are looking to recruit for attitude and future potential and welcome applications from anyone who is interested in a career in sales.

To be considered for the role you should be able to demonstrate the following during the assessment process:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Previous sales or customer service experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to set targets
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Enjoy taking on a new challenge

As a member of our Jelf Telesales team you will contribute to the achievement of new business targets and client retention for the company. Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Contacting clients to establish effective relationships along with prospective clients
  • Renewing your portfolio of clients in line with agreed targets
  • Maintaining and updating client data, whilst providing accurate activity reports
  • Developing and promoting the Jelf proposition to existing clients
  • Identify other areas of new business within Jelf with clients and prospects
