As our Commercial Insurance Account Handler you will understand clients insurance needs and identify the correct insurer market for them.
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for client servicing issues, establishing effective relationships with clients. We are also looking for the candidate to assist account executives with preparing new business presentations and negotiating terms with insurers to secure new clients.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Take ownership of a range of accounts
- Present and broke risks to the relevant insurers to enable a quotation to be provided
- Liaise very closely with Account Executives to ensure client receives the required service
- Dealing with client enquiries

- Strong negotiation skills
- Cert CII desirable or working towards
- Proven ability to work effectively and professionally with colleagues at all levels
- Be well organised and work well under pressure
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Must be motivated with good customer service skills
