As one of our Healthcare Consultants you will be working alongside a committed and hardworking team of healthcare professionals. Your focus will be to act as the primary point of contact for clients; managing an existing client portfolio, securing new clients and generating profitable income for the group.

Your responsibilities include providing accurate reports incorporating activity and results as well as updating and maintaining records on core systems. You will handle more complex clients and arrangements requiring a high level of experience and expertise. It is important to main and develop a broad knowledge of all aspects of employee health management and health related employee benefits.

To ensure you are able to succeed in the role, we need you to demonstrate the following experience and technical knowledge during the interview process:

Excellent record of retaining and developing clients
Ability to secure new business and cross sell
Experience within Self Funded healthcare plans
Experience working with clients who operating client benefits platforms
Have an understanding of group risk benefits and the complexities

It would be highly desirable although not essential if you had the following experience and technical knowledge:

IF7
Degree of any discipline/subject
Formalised business and account management training
