It may be that a new employee joining your organisation already has a company pension scheme through a previous employer. In which case they may wish to transfer it to the new company pension scheme .

 

We  have a pension transfer team at the Jelf Group who can review any personal or previous company pension arrangements your employee may have. The bureau will then provide a comprehensive report including a full comparison of the previous pension arrangement(s) with the current scheme offered by the employer and advise accordingly.

 

Once a decision has been made, the bureau will take care of any administrative duties associated with tracing and transfering an existing pension scheme into a new one.
