For this process we use a panel of selected pension providers, which is reviewed annually following extensive analysis of pension providers currently operating in the UK market.
Once we've looked at all the options we’ll make a recommendation - whether to implement a new scheme or to continue with your current provider (if you have one) - based on suitability, cost efficiency and employee accessibility.
