Typically a fee is charged for a Business Class mortgage service and, at the Jelf Group, this is a subject where openness is encouraged. We will agree a fee with you that will be reflect the time and effort needed to ensure you get the service you expect.
For personal lending this fee will not exceed 0.5% of the loan amount for a new mortgage and 0.25% for a re-mortgage, and it is payable upon production of a mortgage offer. With the amount of time we will free up for you, and the removal of the associated stress, we are confident that you will feel this will be money well spent.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
