Initially Terri worked within the UK domestic medical insurance arena, before transferring to the International team in 2009. Terri manages all individual overseas clients and prides herself in delivering exceptional customer service for each and every one of them. | |

| Alex Iles - International Senior Account Co-ordinator Alex joined Jelf in the summer of 2012 having graduated from Cardiff University with a BSc in Biology. He has recently complete the Jelf Accelerated Development Programme and has gained his CII qualification in Health and Protection. | |

He has over 22 years experience working within the private medical insurance industry, 17 of which were spent with a large UK domestic insurer.
