With a continual and increasing level of change to UK employment requirements, it is a great time to bring the fun and informative Jelf Employment Seminars to Hull.  This event will include a range of expert educators, speaking on important topics of true relevance to all UK employers.  Topics covered include:

10:15  The Protection Gap:  “Bridging the gap”

Most are aware of the ‘Savings Gap’, but the less well known ‘Protection Gap’ is a much more immediate danger to many millions of UK employees and their families.  Tim will guide delegates through recent research and supporting facts on this important topic, and suggest ways that employers can help employees, whilst also generating a return to the business at the same time.

The current Government have passed more legislation in the employee benefits space than any in living memory.  In his unique style, Steve will attempt to bring some clarity and updates to issues as diverse as Pensions Auto-Enrolment legislation (including the Price Cap outcomes), The Health and Work Service, Tax-breaks for medical interventions and Childcare Vouchers.  The huge changes announced in The Chancellors Budget speech will also feature.
